A will-o'-the-wisp (Lux Dementiae) is an insect formed when a glow-worm is struck by lightning, and continues moving in an electerically charged state.
Characteristics[]
Will-o'-the-wisps glow with "crystalline colours of every shade." They mate in the springtime. Many will-o'-the-wisps can be found in Will-O'-The-Wisp Bay. When a will-o'-the-wisp encounters a pocket of graveyard gas, the gas and light particles combine to form a Hobgoblin.
