New info for Rumo[]

I've added some new info to the page but it still needs bits added. Someone go into detail on rest of book :P Matt 16:37, December 6, 2009 (UTC)

  • Not that I dispute much, (and I don't know if you've read all the books), but Rumo is saved by Bluebear in 13½ Lives..., and even though Rumo... is a later book, we have to assume that Rumo was not born in Hackonia, but either in Harvest Home Plain, or East of Wotan's Cleft (I have to check where the Bollogg comes in again). It is probable that he was sold to the Hackonians, etc...
  • Hmmm, well it is rather confusing. In the Captain Bluebear book, he is apparently one of the Wolperting whelps that Captain Bluebear & Mac rescued before the Bollogg sat down. And also, Bluebear is actually the one saved by Rumo as the Volzotan Smyke in Bluebear wants him dead. However, in Rumo, he is born in Hackonia and it mentions nowhere going to Atlantis. I think we should assume that they are two different characters just with the same name. We should probably add a seperate section for the Captain Bluebear one. Although, you could be right about him being born at the wolperting whelp house and later being traded to the hackonians, then going through everything in Rumo, then he might later have settled down in Atlantis but this is assuming alot. It's so damn confusing. :s --Pokedude565 00:38, December 7, 2009 (UTC)

I think it is a different Rumo as if it were the same Rumo, he would be on roaming rock while Bluebear was in the nocternal academy where fredda (alpine imp) is. The professor mentions buying fredda at a carnival where Rumo was fully grown and at wolperting. So they could not be the same Rumo. --Overtheriver565 03:42, June 28, 2010 (UTC)

  • This post is confusing and so is the topic, hope you understand it as it made a lot more sense in my head xD - Matt
    • Yeah, sorry. I'm not very good at explaining it.--Overtheriver565 03:42, June 28, 2010 (UTC)

About the current edit[]

The Rumo in The 13 1/2 Lives of Captain Bluebear is different then the one in Rumo & His Miraculous Adventures. I think it would be a better idea to create a new section on the page for the Rumo in Captain Bluebear then to try to integrate it into the other books story.Pokedude565 11:02, April 16, 2010 (UTC)

-- Or we could create a new page entirely titled 'Rumo (Captain Bluebear)' to distinquish it more clearly.Pokedude565 11:02, April 16, 2010 (UTC)
